Ive always enjoyed the sound of a bronze 4th string on the banjo. I normally use the John Pearse light bronze strings but my local shop has been out for weeks and i couldnt wait any longer, so i ordered these from banjo.com along with some other stuff. The gauge is a little higher but i like it, so much so that i think this will be my new set of strings for a long time. The sound out of these is strong on the bass end and bright on the high end, it really sounds great! The good thing about banjo.com is that they always have stock, thanks to Barry and his team for always providing a great product with great service.
