Shipping Info

  • We ship the majority of our orders using UPS and USPS.
  • All orders should arrive within 2 and 8 business days.
  • We ship internationally.
  • We offer free shipping on orders over $199. This applies to the Continental United States only.

Signature for Delivery

  • In most cases, we do not require an adult signature for deliveries, however, if you prefer for us to require a signature please note that on your order. The ultimate decision on whether or not to leave your package without a signature is that of the delivery person (e.g. UPS/USPS). If you would rather have the delivery person leave your order on your door step it is best to leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with “No Signature Required”.

Shipping Cost

  • Shipping is automatically calculated based on the weight of items in your order along with your shipping destination. To find out how much shipping will be just add the products to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you can calculate shipping.

Exchanges

  • We offer a 60-day exchange policy on banjos, banjo parts and banjo accessories as long as they are in new and unused condition in the original packaging. You send the item back to us and we send you the exchange. We ship all exchanges back to you for free.
  • You can also exchange for a different product from what you ordered. If the exchange costs more we will contact you for the additional payment. If the exchange costs less we will refund you the difference.

Returns

  • We offer a 30-day return policy on all of our banjos, banjo parts and banjo accessories as long as they are in new and unused condition in the original packaging. You send the item back to us and we will refund your original payment method less shipping costs. If your order originally shipped for free the original shipping cost will be subtracted from your refund.
  • We unfortunately cannot offer returns on other products unless they have arrived defective or damaged. These incidents must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery. Use the link to our contact form below.
  • If you would prefer to exchange a banjo, banjo part, or banjo accessory for a different item altogether we will send you the exchange for free.
